Revision Process
Initial Delivery
Once your project is complete, we'll deliver it to you for review. You'll have an opportunity to review the work and provide feedback.
Revisions Included
Each service includes a specified number of revisions:
- •Website Setup: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
- •Google Business Profile: Up to 1 round of revisions
What Counts as a Revision
Revisions include any changes to the completed work within the scope of the original service, such as:
- •Text or content changes
- •Design adjustments
- •Layout modifications
- •Minor feature additions within scope
Additional Revisions
If you need additional revisions beyond what's included, we can arrange this at a reasonable rate. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Timeline for Revisions
Please submit revision requests within 7 days of receiving your completed work. We'll complete revisions and redelivery within 3-5 business days.
Out of Scope Changes
The following are considered out of scope and may require additional charges:
- •Major design overhauls or complete redesigns
- •Additional pages or sections not included in the original scope
- •Complex integrations or custom programming
- •Premium features beyond the service package

Refund Policy
No refunds are issued. Once payment is received and work has begun, the service is non-refundable. However, we're committed to your satisfaction through our comprehensive revision process. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can address them.
